It's been over a month since I last posted. I am not even very penitent about it. Oops.
But, in light of my mom's recent post about some cookies, I thought I would chime in with another tasty tidbit for you. Another kind of cookies.
So, what do you think? Will you be making some. I know I won't, even though I have an abundance of extra tomatoes on hand right now.
Wait wait. This give me an idea--why not combine the two kinds of cookies into one lovely BLT cookie? Anyone?
